 I joined Rotary not only to network and meet other leaders in our community but also be a part of something bigger than myself.   Rotary’s mission to put service above self is a simple model we can all live by.   

 I joined Rotary when we moved to town in 2006. I believe in the high ethical standards personally and professionally. Being secretary allows me to be a helper with new members and encourage thoughtful guest speakers throughout the year.

I am a reporter for the Hastings Journal and a huge fan of technology. My experience behind the camera and years of designing websites and a love of volunteering led me to the webmaster / technology coordinator position within the Hastings Area Rotary Club.

 I’m involved with Rotary because it gives me a meaningful way to serve others while building strong connections in the Hastings community. Through service projects, collaboration, and shared values, Rotary allows me to make a positive impact locally and beyond. I’m inspired by the commitment to “Service Above Self” and the opportunity to be part of something that creates lasting change.
